2007 Focus Shift interlock
Just recently, I couldn't get it out of park. No manual came with the car. Where is the fuse for it? I have the SE base model. NO anti-lock brakes. Also, my climate control is stuck on defrost. How do I fix that?

But the shift interlock is controlled by a signal from the brake light switch.
Do your brake lights work?
If they do, then you have either lost power to the shift interlock or the shift interlock itself is bad.
Climate control's default is defrost, so the problem could be a host of things.
Not knowing what year, we have no idea what system it is or where to even begin to look.
