thinking about FWD 2016-2018 what kind of fuel economy are owners getting

I have a 2017 FWD and it gets around 20 mpg in town and around 29 or son on the road, although on one trip of all highway driving it got 36. All of this is indicated mpg. I checked it once and it seemed the indicated mpg is slightly high than actual. I am using regular grade gas. I have used premium in the past, but it didn't seem to affect mpg.
