Ford Taurus strange radio problem

Radio memory shows power on both sides of the fuse block and battery is drained very quickly. help please

    radio head unit appears failed and seems consistent with the root cause of the battery drain. you can probably verify this by running car without radio for a while, after putting a full/proper charge on the battery with a trickle charger. then maybe swap in a junkyard radio from taurus or get one of those subwoofer booming systems that vibrate an entire city block.
