Electrical issue

I have a 2000 S- 10 Blazer. The Battery went dead. I thought I might have left the key on because the battery is fairly new. I hooked up a battery charger. When I turn on the key there is a buzzing coming from the under hood fuse block. Anybody have any ideas here?
