What is the best lease price for 2017 grand Cherokee LTD. w/ sunroof, nav, & blind spot?

Hi everyone. Was hoping for some assistance. I am in the middle of negotiations for a 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited with a sunroof, nav & blindspot. The lease is 39 months, 12k miles. They started high but we are down to $3000 down and $384 per month. Is this too much for the car? I feel like there is still room.

    I had a deal on the table for one , no blindspot 2k out of pocket, 370. Reality is the 2018s can be had at close to the same to that.
