Driver Door Power lock not working after shop replaced power door motor and regulator

Trying to determine if related or just "fluke" that my drivers door power lock doesn't work now with key, inside lock, or remote after just picking up my vehicle from shop where they replaced the power door motor and regulator as window wouldn't roll up.

    Repairs are under warranty for 6 month,parts and labor.Go back there and have them deal with it.
