subframe rust

Just starting the sub frame rust battle with Hyundai, left rear subframe is rusting,they have sent me to the dealer so they can look at the problem, I just hope I have the luck some people have had getting it fixed, 144,000 miles on it serviced by the dealer I bought it from, all by the book service and now it junk unless it fixed, my last rersort is picketing in front of the dealer about the rust problems they seem to be having, car companies hate bad PR, good luck to all fighting this battle.
