No results for My gas gage milage and heater does not work ..heater is thee dual control type digital...heat will come on nor air conditioner no temp screen nothing ..gas always reads full except when about to be out stuck along side the road..this a 2000 buick regal ls...please help its very nice car but cold in winter horrible drive without defrost.

The diagrams I found at bbbind.com show it uses a vacuum set of tubes to move the doors to change the air flow by electrical solenoids to change the vacuum flow.
All fuses are in the fuse block. Since some of your cluster doesn't work, I'd check that 2nd fuse that mentions cluster very carefully. I didn't try to find what all it controls, but that's a lot of labels.
