Can any one tell me the make and year of this old car. Photo about 1915

Cars that old are very hard to identify. This one looks like a commercial vehicle, maybe a shuttle used by a hotel. You might post it here, they're good at antiques:

Tough one. The plate and decorations conveniently obscure the most important details.

I will guess it is a Cadillac from just after 1910. Here's a site showing a car with similar details (different body) listing it as a 1911 model:
