Headlights flip up to open sometimes...

2006 chevy corvette, replaced the headlight control module and both headlight motors because the lights were not flipping up to open. The lights flip up to open sometimes now. All dealer parts installed. What could be wrong why it only works sometimes.

    It's a 2002, I was looking at the wrong year all this time.
