Toyota Avalon front seat. problem

Recently (August 2017) purchased a a Toyota Avalon and front seat is uncomfortable to sit on. It has a hard bar that is part of the seat heating system. Dealer says they can add more padding, as they have done for other customers, but that it will change the appearance of the seat. Replacing the seat is apparently not a solution as all the seats reportedly have the same issue per the dealer and Toyota Customer Experience Center. Anyone else experience this and what did you do?

    pull seat heater fuses and try 'triangle pillow' sold in any auto parts store for drivers seats.

    Did you ever find a solution to this seat problem? About to purchase a 2017 Avalon and worried about this as I have a sore back.
