Automatic transmission 42 RLE

Hi. That is me again with My Dodge Dakota 2004 3.7l. I own this amasing american car as Dakota pick up. I am far away from America and for that reason sometimes I need help to understand and fix right the problems with My car.
While i am driving and transmission changed the gear a strong blow is heard. Whats coud be?
