2003 F250 Electrical all gauges pin then it dies help

Help help. So my F250 will start up but if you stop and start a couple of times (like when running errands) all the gauges will pin to max then it stalls. I don’t know if the movie I took of it will post but we have replaced the battery and the IAC and reset the pcm any ideas? Nothing loose in the fuse box. IMG_0982.mov
