windows still operate with car turned off.

My 02 liberty interior lights in the window and lock buttons stay on when the car is turned off and key is out of the ignition. So i thought i would try the windows and they worked with no key and the car turned off. Has anyone else had this issue and if you did how did you fix it. The radio also stays on along with the wipers.
