Navigation will not load?

My navigation screen just shows "Please Insert Correct Map Disk" then I think it is Japanese under it.
If I go to my information menu and select Maintenance it defaults right back to the navigation display stated above.
I purchased another map disk #86271-48243 and I have the disk that came with the car #86271-33044?
It acts like it does not recognize either disk?
I just purchased the car last week and I had to replace the battery. Prior to replacing the battery I could push the maintenance button and it would bring up the full panel to choose from?
I can live without the nav but I want to use the maintenance information.

Certainly sounds like the nav needs to be reset after the power disconnect when you changed the battery. Haven't been able to find a pdf of the manual online just yet, but I would expect there's a procedure in there.

I appreciate the quick response. I will see if I can find a maintenance procedure online. I have tried the reboot method by removing the ETCS fuse and EFI1 fuse but no change.
