Shifting Problem

My 2001 Nissan Pathfinder drove perfect til two days ago Now in drive it only shifts up to 20 mph after that you have to rev it up then it will hard shift up to 30-35 mph then you can go faster but it feel like its engine racing but dragging & wont shifton it's own . 1st & 2nd & reverse on shifter works as it should
