Breaker problems in 2009 Silverado?

I have a 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax Crew Cab Shortbed 4x4. I am having electrical problems with a 60 amp fuse in the fuse block under the hood that keeps blowing. The fuse controls a Breaker box under the drivers side dash. The breakers control the drivers side seat controls, the passenger side seats controls & both passenger side window controls. Has anyone else had similar problems?

Check the seat wiring under the seat.
If something got hung up under it, it can short the system. Do you have heated seats?
Is it blowing when you use the seats? When you turn the seat heat on? Operate the windows?
Think about what you do when it blows. Did you use the seat controls, did you turn on the seat heat, did you use the windows?

Most times, I've run into something like this, one of the wires got hung up on the seat tracks and shorted, because something got under the seat.
