Dakota cooling system problems

i have a 04 Dakota with 4.7 and when i try to bleed the cooling system is shoots water out of the radiator cap does anyone have any ideas as to way.

my 05 dakota does the same thing. i've done everything i can think of to correct the problem with no success. please let me know if you find out what the problem is.
