Four door wagon trying to replace one of the back windows

I have tried to replace the windows on my 65 falcon wagon I have purchased two on internet from reputable dealers and they both are to thick to fit in the frame of the door does anyone know if there were two thicknesses for the side doors

So these are the ones that roll down into the rear doors, correct? And you're saying that the parts you got are exactly right, except for the thickness? That's really odd. Have you posted it on Falcon forums?
