Dealer states burned out PCM

After an under-carriage car wash, my Navigator started flashing dashboard errors. Have several data errors, sensors, running board, 3rd row seats, tailgate not working. Battery drains overnight and engine light lately ON. Took to dealer and they say I have a bad PCM and they also found rusted out connector(s). My question is whether the bad PCM will affect normal driving until I can replace.

    That looks like an incomplete diagnosis based on the myriad of issues you listed. It might be accurate as far as the engine light being on is concerned but some of the systems such as the running boards and third row seat issues are unlikely to be related.
