EX w/Honda Sensing MPG

Has anyone else noticed their MPG is lacking compared to what is stated on the sticker? I have only been able to achieve 31.3 MPG in my car during various driving distances and adjustments (ECON, AC), and I cannot seem to get better MPG. I use cruise control most of the time so I cannot explain, what I am deeming, poor performance. Please share.
