Pontaic torrent issues

I have a 2007 Pontaic Torrent we have just staryed having issues with it has happened a 2nd time now there is no reason but one day you got out to leave and start it and the headlights wont come on also the signals blink but fast like when your bulb is out also the horn and wipers wont work Has anyone has this problem or any ideas what might be wrong
