Missing part of a trailer hitch kit (Toyota part PT228-69080) - help!

I drive a '08 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Ltd imported from Florida. Got the trailer hitch kit (Toyota part PT228-69080), but the LH mounting bracket of the kit is gone lost during shipping to Germany. I would appreciate if someone find that missing part of metal plate or establish a contact to a scrap dealer - or to someone who has that part of the kit. Would reward that and of course pay shipping costs and a good price.
