When I go to start my Jeep Wrangler jk 2010
it doesn't crank over when I jump the starter it sounds like I have a fuel problem I have had the key reprogrammed and I still do not know what's going on and we cannot figure it out I am pissed off and the stealership will not help me out even though they installed an after-market security module and they say they are not responsible for it not starting thanks for looking and let me kno

This is what the classic case of just being expected to know what is wrong without testing anything looks like.

First, there is no way to just tell you why this won't crank without investigating it. The things that I would start looking at are codes from the TIPM, PCM, TCM, and SKIM/SKREEM  or WIN, which your original post suggests that this is equipped with. Those acronyms stand for the underhood fuse block. powertrain and transmission control modules and then the sentry key (security) module.  The basic starter circuit needs the PCM to control the starter relay to command the starter solenoid to engage in order to crank the engine. Since this doesn't crank on its own and doesn't start if you force it to crank that suggests an issue on the security side of the start sequence but that by default means that a basic problem with any one of these modules or communication between them is possible.

Now for the rest of the just being expected to know what's wrong. Maybe the work that the dealer did has something to do with this problem and maybe it doesn't.  Nobody knows at this point in time. But exactly what aftermarket security module was installed? A 2010 Jeep already has plenty of security built right into it, there is no need to install a security system on top of the original equipment.  Instead of a security system did they install a payment device that can disable the car if the payment isn't made?

BTW I should point out that I have posted this without looking up the exact system in your Jeep so there could be some variation of the system that I'm just not remembering but the basic architecture still applies.
