I recently changed gear ratio from 3.23 to 3.73 to help with towing my RV. Now I have the ABS light , Brake light, and Traction control light on. My speedometer was also showing 9 mph fast. I purchased a programmer and got the speedometer problem corrected however all the other lights are still on. How can I correct this? I did try going from a 245/70/17 tire to a 265/70/17 and the lights went out, but this kinda defeats the gear ratio change.

The answer is that you need a shop that is registered with GM's TISToWeb service. They will have to contact GM and request software to compensate for the gear ratio change. There is a separate fee to have the VCI software assigned to your vehicle's identification number.  Once that is all set. They will need to wait about an hour for the revised software to be uploaded to ACdelcoids and then they can do the flash updates.
