C0225, C0226, C0227, C0256 ABS codes on 2002 Silverado
Got code C0225 (ABS light and wheel sensor code). Replaced wheel sensor then got C0225, C0226, C0227 and C0265 with the brakes locking up at low speeds (less than 15 MPH). No lock up at highway speeds. Vehicle is a 2002 Silverado 2 WD with 4.8 V8.
See that this could be caused by a bad ground, broken or shorted wiring or connectors, or even the ECBM. Some posts say to just disconnect the ABS fuse under the hood and go without ABS. Have done a similar thing with a 99 Montana and drove it over 10 years with no problems.
What would be a proper fix for this? Can't continue to drive with brakes locking up.
