rough idle, jerking motion

Having a similar problem like others, when sitting at a stop sign my 2011 Chevy equinox starts a rough jerking motion back and forth. It also have a rough idle when in park. But there is no check engine light on.does anyone know what would cause this. Dealership can't seem to duplicate issue.

Sounds like the clutch might be slipping, either or your break pads are extremely worn. Rough idle is likely caused by spark plugs or ignition coils, however those won't be enough to cause the car to shake back and forth. How many miles are you at on the car?
