Can anyone help identify this car?

This car belonged to my grandfather who passed in 1985. I assume it is a Pre WWII era Ford but have been unable to verify.

    Not a Ford, I think this is a 1930 Buick roadster.

    I'm thinking more like a 1930-ish upper-end (because of the wire wheels and spare) GM, maybe a Buick Sport Roadster:
