Acceleration and battery issue

I recently bought a Infiniti 2015 q40 with on 25k miles but this morning I went to start up my car but it made a weird noise and struggled to start up. After driving for a few minutes I realized i couldn’t accelerate past 40. I got to work and I tried turning the car off realizing my accessories still remained on?!. The car was acting strange I usually have to press the break to use the push button feature and couldn’t push it twice to turn off my acc feature. Anybody else have any issues like this?
