Cost of Certified vs.Warranty vs Prepaid Maintenance

I am looking to purchase a 2015 Series 6 650i from the local Miami BMW dealer and considering getting certified vs. buying a warranty as well as the prepaid maintenance. The vehicle has 23,000 miles and clean CarFax. Does anybody have recent pricing experience for:

Getting Certfied
BMW extended warranty
Prepaid Maintenance
