2003 alero heater and windows intermittently cut out for a few seconds

MY 2003 old aledo a few months ago started randomly stalling when coming to a complete stop. It will always start again but will stall if I take my foot off the gas. Then after a bit of driving it would be fine. Then after a week or so the problem has not returned YET. Now about 3 months later I notice my heater will randomly cut out for a few seconds then turn back on. During this short time my power windows dont work. Then everything goes back to normal. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks in advance!!!
