2000 isuzu trooper - hesitation

Hey i have a 2000 isuzu trooper with a 3.5 and my truck has started doing this hesitation after i jave been driving it and have to come to a stop, my rpms will bounce around and it will kinda seem gut less then it snaps out of ot til i have to stop again, i need help i have repaced the fuel filter, and pump and ran a can of seafoam and even started 91 gas in it thinking it might help but nope.

Did you replace the PCV valve and spark plugs also? You could also have a vacuum leak or a injector going bad.
