I test drove a Bolt last month as I am looking for a car for my 18 year old to commute to and from school. The seats where so bad after a 20 minute drive my back was killing me. It's 2018, NO car's seats should be so uncomfortable. I'm leaning to a e-Golf now, a car with not only good interior quality (it is a Golf) but decent seats!

I've read several places that the Bolt has terrible seats, but, for me at least, they are just about perfect. I've got a '17 that I've put 7k on so far, and the seats have been great, and I have a really sensitive back on longer drives. The drive to my wife's parents house is about two hours away, and in her '13 Ford Escape, I always have a slightly sore back by the time we get there. The same journey in my Bolt? Not a problem at all. I must just have the right body type / height that the seat just fits me perfectly.
