2002 V70 xc 2.4 Liter 5 cyl turbo trans rattle

reading some of the comments on your forum helped. my car has 247,000 miles i bought used in 2016 and the sound only started last month and i swore that the spare tire was rattling . my issue is only as i slow down to stop at a red light but only under light braking , if i break hard the issue is not there????????????????????
