Used 2016 Odyssey EX-L Buying advice on Mechanic Inspection?
Hi, I am getting good deal from the dealer on Honda Odyssey 2016 EX-L with RES and Nav.. 42K miles. Drive away price $25,500.
I drove the car and looked good however there are minor wear and tear which I am ok with. This is not from Honda dealer rather non honda (non CPO) and they did 150 point inspection. Looks like they are under pressure to meet month end targets so reduced $500 further if I make a deal.
Since it crossed basic honda warranty of 36K miles, so
Question is - SHOULD IT ADVISABLE TO INSPECT CAR WITH MECHANIC? I WANT TO ENSURE IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY HIDDEN PROBLEMS.
Carfax is clean, single owner, bought for personal use and did trade in at the same dealership.
