I have a 2000 dakota 3.8 magnum was driving everything was good stoped went to take off was good went to second gear and thats where it went bad it wont come out i can move shifter in all gear pattern while driving it but when i stop theres no nuetral and can try to take off n other gears n it feels like ebreak is on and stalls motor any ideals
