Vacuum leak

I recently replaced the spark plugs and serpentine belt on my 99 2.5l dakota, the belt has been squealing real bad and at an idle it would idle high at 1500rpm and slowly rise to almost 2000. After getting the belt adjusted I moved the truck and found underneath what looked like a boot from a plug wire but checked and they were all fine. I'm guessing it's part of vacuum line, the tube melted on the motor I'm guessing just behind the boot and I can't figure out where to save my life it came from. Any help would be appreciated
