hard banging coming from rear end going uphill and around turns

hello,

i have a 2008 subaru tribeca and having a very hard time trying to figure out this issue
the tribeca will have a hard "banging / shutter" sensation when driving almost like being rear ended AFTER THE CAR WARMS UP when the car is cold it drives smooth no issues ive had the car in at transmission shops they changed the clutches in the transfer case and trans filter still they were unable to diagnose the problem ive also checked the rear end fro broken parts and to change the fluid still no luck has anyone ran into this problem

    Have you checked the rear shocks/struts?

    My 1989 GL-10 AWD wagon had what sounded like a bad rear differential. It turned out one of the rear shocks was making the noise. Replaced the rear shocks, no more noise (and a better ride :) )
