Are dead buttons on the 2015 CUE Navigation System a common problem?

My touch screen buttons for zoom work but the MENU button is dead. Without access to MENU the whole navigation system is of little use.

    Yes,
    The CUE screens in Cadillac are known for going out. If you're under bumper-bumper warranty this is covered. If not, you'll be paying out of pocket. You can still use the voice recognition to navigate through that until you get it fixed. Swing by your local dealer and get that screen replaced.
