G35x sedan awd transmission problem

Hello everyone, I am having an issue with my 2006 g35x awd. It happens ONLY when I start the car and drive it. Once I am on the road, the problem goes away and it only happens ONE TIME AFTER EVERYTIME I START THE CAR. The problem is that I hear a scratching noise when the car shifts from 0 to 1 for the first time and then everything is normal. Have you ever experienced that before? Can you pleas share your opinions?
