65-69 FJ40. In 1970, they made some subtle changes, so I don't think it is later than 69. I'd lean more toward 1965, because of where the driver's side mirror is mounted. As for it being worth restoring, depends on the price, how much work it needs and how much you like it. But it looks to be reasonably and not rotting out completely, so yes, it is worth saving.
