Bought vehicle - Title problems

I bought a vehicle from California from a guy in Georgia. He sent me the title supposedly from the guy in California. It was signed but not filled out on the back. Who, or how do I see about getting the title correct.

    Not sure what you mean. A signature is all you need. You can fill in the rest yourself.
