XT5 Beyond repair

I have a 2017 leased XT5 and the onboard computer went nuts and is not abled to be fixed. The car has been in the shop for 4 weeks out of the last 6. RVDC offered to replace the car but cannot find (or will not find) a direct replacement and wants to charge me an additional $1500. This is ludicrous and we will most probably be done with Cadillac after this!
