The screen to the radio/backup camera - upper half of screen is blank

The screen to the radio/backup camera - upper half of screen is blank. The radio works, touch screen responds. And the back up camera works but the upper half of the screen is just blank/white.
I hate to replace the entire unit since its working but screen is not showing full picture. I'm wondering if something got disconnected? anyone have the same issue?
