electrical problem... please help!
i have a 98 navigator 5.4, driver window wont roll down when button pushed it energizes a relay under dash.
a.c. doesnt turn on and when i try it energizes relay under dash. With headlights on turn signals dont work, when headlights on hum comes from under dash. When I plug in a pocket scanner everything works fine. I have checked fuses, I have checked body grounds and checked each plug individually and opened up everything I can except the dash. please help im not sure what else to try?
