Bad liftgate
Power lift gate on 2014 Terrain opens, then falls about halfway shut and won't stay up. Asked dealer how much to fix and they first want me to drop off car so they can "test" to see if it is the pump or the strut before giving me approx price. What is this "test"? Interior has to be pulled out to fix either way. What's going on here?
