Battery draining, can't determine cause

I have a relatively new battery on my Mazda3, which has been working fine for 2 years. Suddenly my car won't start, and I went to buy a new battery and they said the battery was still good, and so was the alternator. They weren't sure what was causing the battery to drain. I have no after-market radio or anything like that, and no lights (including the trunk light which I thought it may be) have been left on. I saw there was a long thread of others having electrical and battery issues with the Mazda 3, but I couldn't find what actually solved the issue for people.
Does anyone have any ideas? I appreciate your help.
