rough idle

my 98 chevy silverado,recently started running rough, put fuel pump /filter,timing chain and cap and rotor. seems like bad timing runs but not good, i have reset distributor several times and read codes today said multi mis fire bad coil / connection weak fuel pump etc. Im pretty good fixing my own stuff but this one is getting on my nerves hope you can help
