My HFL seems to have connectivity issues. My phone is connected and when I try to dial, if I were to look at my phone screen, it shows that it is dialing. However there's no audio. Has anyone had this issue? If so, were you able to fix it and how did you do it? I'd like to try it myself before I go in for service.

    Try calling a friend or relative's phone while they are in the car to first make sure whether they system is working or not. If it is working, there may be a mute or volume setting in either your phone or radio that needs adjusted.
