1998 GMC Yukon won’t shift

I bought a 1998 GMC Yukon with a bad transmission, so i bought a used transmission I knew wasn’t bad with only 90k and put it in. I also replaced the transfer case. But the transmission will not shift in drive it only stays in 1st but if I put it in manual it will shift from 1st to 2nd but won’t go into 3rd or 4th. I changed the A and B shift solenoids but it did nothing. I unplugged the transmission case connector to see if the 3rd clutch was good and the clutches are good. Someone please tell me what’s going on

    My 01 Yukon wont go over 20mph...it jerks up to 25 or so for a second. I had a remanufactured trans put in a year and a half ago. Can someone please advise?
